We arrange a time for you to bring the vehicle to the shop.
We diagnose it
We inspect the vehicle and determine what repair is needed.
We confirm coverage
We obtain authorization from Lubrico and tell you what is covered before repairs begin.
Coverage, deductibles and claim limits depend on your individual contract. Fluids are generally not covered. We will explain any remaining customer cost before proceeding.
